In this collection, things become an extension of that experience. They don't literally reconstruct the past, but they evoke a sense of intimacy — a feeling that is both intimate and slightly nostalgic. These are clothes that allow you to remember what seemed forgotten. All of the collection's images are made from the brand's archival fabrics. This is not a gesture toward sustainability or a way to optimize the process. It is the designer's personal decision. It is an attempt to stop the flow of the new. To look inward. To work with what was already there. Alexander calls this a way of testing whether it's possible to create without making anything new.
