Aleksey Suharev, Maria Chervotkina, Alexandra Burimova, and Liliya Rakh, attended the event. This marks the
second edition of the ‘Made in Moscow’ collective show within the framework of Moscow Fashion Week. The fashion show was curated by stylists Mischa and Kitty, who created over 50 looks from pieces by
more than 35 local brands – small and medium-sized businesses participating in the project. Among the brands featured were Kolesman, Lubovi, Triumvirate, Victoria Andreyanova, Masterpeace, Sveta Rodina, Vassa&Co, Solangel, Gapanovich, Granny’s, Murmurizm, and others. Accessories and bags were represented by designers Madame Chatelet, Pepfer, Svyazat, Création Pôle, while jewelry brands included Atelier PM and others. The show attracted guests from the fashion industry, including TV presenter and buyer, founder of Sauvage Group, Liliya Rakh, stylist and TV host Lina Dembikova, and fashion experts Aleksey Suharev, Maria Chervotkina, Alexandra Burimova, Anastasia Anisimova, Yana Koroed, among others. Victoria Petrova made her runway debut and presented one of the show's stylish looks.
"In creating outfits for this collective show, we drew inspiration from our beloved city – Moscow – and its residents. Of course, we also keep an eye on what is happening on global runways. Although the preparation time was limited, we worked efficiently – just six hours to bring together all the outfits for the show.
We especially liked the show’s closing look: a girl in a trench coat and feather boa, with beaded mini-shorts by Gapanovich underneath, paired with chunky boots, and carrying heels in her bag – as if returning home after a party. Trendy highlights included apron-style dresses by Svetlana Rodina and Masterpeace brand, as well as skinny colorful scarves from Jacob Cro, used in several looks.
Besides styling the show, we are fans of Moscow designers. Our own collection includes many bags from Secret Garden, and after the show, we decided to take a closer look at pieces by Victoria Andreyanova," said
Mischa and Kitty, the creative minds behind the styling.
The overarching theme of the show was ‘One Day in Moscow’: each resident, represented by models, changed outfits multiple times within 24 hours, reflecting different moments of daily life – walking the dog, taking a child to school, heading to work, meeting friends, or attending evening events. The finale featured vibrant looks for special occasions, which are frequent for the city's dynamic rhythm. To enhance realism, stylists added familiar accessories such as coffee cups, headphones, phones, shopping bags and others.
In a special highlight, participants of the ‘Moscow Longevity’ project – students from the ‘Royal Posture’ school – took to the runway for the second time as part of the ‘Made in Moscow’ show. According to the organizers, it is important to demonstrate to Moscow residents that modern fashion has no beauty stereotypes and age limits.
Senior models Natalia Beketova and Irina Obraztsova confidently showcased their outfits, demonstrating professionalism and style alongside their younger counterparts. According to the models, their participation aims to inspire others in their age group to experiment with fashion and prove that style and relevance have no age limits.
