The show presented the diversity of Moscow fashion to the general public, industry experts, media representatives, and buyers.
As part of Moscow Fashion Week, a collective show featuring participants of the ‘Made in Moscow’ project took place on September 29 at the Central Exhibition Hall ‘Manege’. Held for the third time, it has already become a tradition. Local brands were first presented in August–September 2025, followed by another show in March this year.
The ‘Made in Moscow’ project gives participants an opportunity to showcase pieces from their collections at the capital’s main fashion industry event. Last Tuesday’s show was one of the key events for local designers. It presented the diversity of Moscow fashion to a wide audience, including industry experts, media representatives, and buyers.
The runway show was centered around the concept ‘Your City – Your Runway.’ For city dwellers who are constantly on the move, there is rarely an opportunity to change clothes throughout the day. This is why adaptability is the key trend in a modern urban wardrobe.
This season, the show was styled by Danil Furs, who created around 50 looks using pieces from more than 35 local brands. These included clothing brands VASSA&Co, Solangel, Eve&Esther, Lesel, Granny’s, Kolesman, and Vera Yakimova, as well as brands specializing in bags and accessories, including Igor York, Ciaococca, Svyazat, and Cardinal&Margo.
Danil Furs noted that bright natural shades - gold, yellow, red, green, and khaki - set the tone of the outfits' colour palette
“I love boho aesthetics and wanted to showcase it at the show through accessories. The main idea was not to blend into everyday life, but to look at fashion trends from your own perspective and express individuality through details. For example, I decided to add colorful sports shoelaces as accessories, because familiar styling can look fresh and interesting when enhanced with bright accents,” the stylist said.
The looks presented by the models were inspired by the nature of Danil Furs’ native Altai region. He particularly highlighted the plaid pants and a bomber jacket with a bright fur collar and floral print, layered over a dress.
More than 570 guests attended the show, including stylists, designers, actors, and fashion influencers such as Aleksey Suharev, Maria Chervotkina, Kirill Bonaparte, Inna Kombarova, Natalia Borisova, Alexandra Burimova, and many others.
The ‘Made in Moscow’ project became a co-organizer of the Moscow Fashion Week Pop-Up Shop and Showroom for the second time. This season, the Pop-Up Shop features 58 brands participating in the project. The Pop-Up Shop and Showroom are open from September 26 to October 1 at the Central Exhibition Hall ‘Manege’, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with prior registration on the Moscow Fashion Week website.
