From March 14 to 19, VK Lecture Hall will take place at the Central Exhibition Hall 'Manege' as part of Moscow Fashion Week, featuring leading industry experts. VK Lecture Hall is a platform that brings together opinion leaders and experts from various fields – including media, culture, science, and others. Within the special program during Moscow Fashion Week, fashion industry experts will discuss current topics shaping the industry, answer questions from the audience, and create a platform for dialogue between the professional community and a wider public.
The program features 36 sessions dedicated to topics such as fashion as culture and system, education in the fashion industry, the future of the sector, creativity in fashion advertising, and many others.
Among the event’s featured speakers are prominent industry figures including journalist and television host Ksenia Sobchak, fashion buyer and television host Lilia Rakh, designer Alena Akhmadullina, leading Russian stylist and fashion expert Alexander Rogov, stylist and television host Alexey Sukharev, celebrity stylists Misha and Kitty, and stylist and entrepreneur Lina Dembikova, and others.
Participants of VK Lecture Hall at Moscow Fashion Week will also include company executives, professors from leading fashion schools, fashion historians and analysts, stylists, editors-in-chief of major Russian fashion media outlets, designers, influencers, and other industry professionals.
Experts will discuss the future of the fashion industry, business trends, the history of fashion, careers in the field, the role of marketplaces, as well as the relationship between culture and fashion. Guests will be able to attend VK Lecture Hall free of charge with prior registration, which will open on the official website prior to the dates of Moscow Fashion Week. VK Lecture Hall will be open on March 14 from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM, from March 15 to 18 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on March 19 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
VK Lecture Hall will take place as part of the Moscow Fashion Week. The event will bring together designers from 67 regions of Russia. Participants and guests can look forward to an extensive program that includes runway shows by Russian and international designers, a pop-up shop and showroom, expert lectures, and the World Fashion Shorts film festival.
